3993 Parkway Renovation

We where hired under time constraints to complete a project within a month from demo to finish, that’s including other trades time for drywall patching, sanding, mud and tape, and painting. Some of our challenges were working within our time constraints (rough in complete in 4-5days) and again issuing a electrical permit with the City of Vancouver. For this project they were providing push back for a building permit when none was required. With help from the contractor we managed to get the permit approved, inspection passed, and project completed within the timelines of the job.
