Documents required for EV Ready Plan or EV Charger rebate program
To complete your application, you’ll need to provide the relevant invoices and forms. Select the rebate offer you’re applying for to view the required documents.
EV Ready infrastructure (available to apartment/condo buildings)
This is for customers who’ve been pre-approved for the EV Ready infrastructure rebate after or at the same time as being approved for the EV Ready plan rebate. If you were also pre-approved for the EV charger rebate at the same time, refer to that option below instead.
1. Installation invoice: A copy of the paid invoice for the cost of the charger and/or electrical infrastructure installation labour and construction by a licensed electrician.
2. EV Ready contractor installation form A: A copy of the EV Ready contractor installation form which has been completed and signed by the electrician.
3. Invoice for other eligible costs (optional): If applicable, a copy of the paid, itemized receipt for other eligible costs such as site assessments, permits, parking and electrical design, and EV parking signage.
EV Ready infrastructure and charger rebate (available to apartment/condo buildings)
This is for customers who’ve been pre-approved for the EV Ready infrastructure and EV charger rebates, after or at the same time as being approved for the EV Ready plan rebate.
1. Charger Invoice: A complete copy of the paid, itemized receipt for eligible charger(s). Must include retailer’s name, address and phone number. If this cost is included with the installation invoice, you can indicate this at time of upload.
2. Proof of charger internet connectivity: A screenshot of the back-end network operating system showing that the charging stations are connected to the network.
3. Installation invoice: A copy of the paid invoice for the cost of the charger and/or electrical infrastructure installation labour and construction by a licensed electrician.
4. Pictures of installed charger(s): Pictures of the installed charging station(s). One picture per station if multiple stations are part of your application.
5. EV Ready contractor installation form A : A copy of the EV Ready contractor installation form which has been completed and signed by the electrician.
6. Invoice for other eligible costs (optional): If applicable, a copy of the paid, itemized receipt for other eligible costs such as site assessments, permits, parking and electrical design, and EV parking signage.
